In June 2010, your company was the successful bidder for two hundred-eighty FrontRow Pro Digital Soundfield Systems for the Francis Howell School District in St. Charles, Missouri. We asked that all units be installed prior to the start of the 2010 – 2011 school year which began July 18, 2010. CCS Presentation Systems was able to complete the task within ten business days and all classroom systems were ready to go on Day 1 of the new school year. I can’t thank you enough for the outstanding installation for the FrontRow Pro Digital Soundfield Systems. We sincerely appreciate your responsiveness and the way you conduct business. Rarely has a supplier given us such complete cooperation. We have always been able to rely on your flexibility and courteous service. Your staff has consistently made extra efforts to assist us in completing this project on time and under budget. Teachers especially appreciated the care your staff took to return their rooms to their original condition after the installation of the ceiling mounted speakers and wiring. We have also received excellent warranty service on the two microphones sent in for repair. I am very pleased to write this letter of recommendation for CCS Presentation Systems. They Have just recently installed a projection and control system in our High School cafeteria. The installation was a great success and we’re very pleased with our new system. The installer worked with us to do the installation at a time that would not interrupt our classes, which was an addtional benefit to us.
